The Fair
The fair period is the most important and awaited period of the year, the result of constant work and the cooperation of many people. The folkloric part of the White Truffle Fair is divided into three main events: the Podestà Investiture, the opening event of the period that falls on the Saturday of the week before the Race, the Donkey Race, the most important event expected to be the first Sunday of October, and the Truffle Bacchanal & the historical re-enactment, two days of party in the middle of October in which the city center enriches with the colors of the boroughs and features typical local foods and games from the medieval appearance.
